Kwun Tong District Council member Mrs Poon Yam Wai-chun and representatives from an owners' committee of a private estate, presented tapestry flags to Assistant Divisional Commander (Operations) of Ngau Tau Kok Division (NTKDIV) Kwok Ka-chun and officers from Anti-Crime Team of NTKDIV on May 27 in recognition of their swift detection of a burglary.

When a victim of the case returned home on January 25, a suspect dashed out of the victim's flat and fled. So the victim called the Police for assistance. Officers from NTKDIV Anti-Crime Team promptly arrived at the scene for investigation and intercepted a suspicious man, who was later arrested for burglary.
