Commissioner Lo Wai-chung presented a Certificate of Appointment to a new Honorary College Advisor, Mr Cheung Tak-keung, on June 23. Mr Cheung had served as Assistant Commissioner (Operations) and Commandant of Police Tactical Unit Headquarters before retirement. His expertise covers operational planning and execution, police leadership and strategic management.

Since 2006, the Force has been appointing academics, professionals and retired senior police officers as Honorary College Advisors. Over the years, the Advisors have made significant contribution by giving advice on training matters and sharing their expertise at forums, knowledge management activities and other events of the Police College. Currently, there are 23 Honorary Advisors at the Police College.
