Inspector Lee Chau-yin of Traffic New Territories North (T NTN) visited two government-recognised cycling training institutes at Manchester and Leeds in the United Kingdom (UK) between June 6 and 10 to exchange views with local officers and instructors on measures to enhance cycling safety.

Ms Lee paid a visit to the newly-developed "Cycle Superhighway" and talked with local councillors to get to know their traffic condition and the British strategies to promote road safety. She said her team would draw reference to the British experience in formulating action plans for T NTN.
