Regional Commander of New Territories South (NTS) Lui Hon-kwok presided over the launching of "Operation STORMBREAKER 2016 - Summer Youth Activities Publicity Ceremony" with various District Commanders, community leaders and Junior Police Call members on June 29.

This large-scale operation is held annually from June to September to publicise fight crime message among young people through education, community engagement and law enforcement. This year, officers will organise a variety of youth activities with stakeholders in various districts in a bid to prevent teenagers from becoming victims of crimes.

Speaking at the launching ceremony,  Mr Lui encouraged students to actively take part in these activities and say "no" to undesirable associates. He thanked all stakeholders for their support.

Meanwhile, Regional Crime Prevention Office of NTS has produced a video for broadcast via different channels to disseminate crime prevention message.
