Wong Tai Sin District (WTSDIST) launched a series of Building Security Sharing Seminars for 22 public housing estates in the district between June and August. Through the co-ordination of WTSDIST Crime Unit, Police Community Relations Office and the Housing Department, more than 200 estate management and security personnel attended the seminars.

The seminars were chaired by WTSDIST Assistant Commander (Crime) Chau Hin-hung. Topics covered included the responsibilities of security guards, basic legal knowledge, culprits' modus operandi and the related preventive measures. Besides, Mr Chau briefed the security professionals on the blitz checks conducted by the Force, and the Best Security Services Awards organised by Kowloon East Regional Headquarters.
