The Marine Regional Headquarters, in conjunction with Marine Harbour Division and two container service companies, conducted a drill code-named Exercise WEBTWISTER at Container Terminal 8 in Kwai Chung on July 28. Simulating an attempted intrusion to a restricted area, the drill aimed at testing and enhancing the capability of different police units and stakeholders in handling incidents at the facilities under the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code.
