Under the arrangement of the Police College, Chief Inspector Lee Man-yiu attended the 42nd International Senior Police Officers' Command Course, which was organised by the Royal Malaysia Police College in Kuala Lumpur from August 1 to 20.

The course was aimed at establishing multilateral co-operation and enhancing leadership skills of participants, and enriching their understanding of global policing issues. All 39 participants from 22 countries/places were required to submit a report concerning the good policing practices of their respective jurisdiction.

The course allowed Mr Lee to broaden his international perspective in policing, enhance his leadership capabilities and strengthen his network with overseas police agencies.
