A delegation of 22 officers from Traffic New Territories South (T NTS) Region, headed by Senior Superintendent Michael Armstrong, visited Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment on August 17 with an aim to sharing experience in traffic control and discussing policing strategies.

Representatives of Shenzhen Traffic Police Detachment explained their scope of work, various types of motorcycles, patrol equipment and use of technology to enhance work performance. Then the delegates paid a call on the Command and Control Centre at Shenzhen Traffic Police Headquarters, and were impressed with the effective application of the Global Positioning System, body worn video cameras and road surveillance systems in traffic enforcement.
