Chairman of Tsat Yeuk Village Office Mr Leung Koon-wah, Village Representative of Tsap Wo Village and Tung Tsz Village Mr Yip Chi-leung, Chairman of Fanling Wai Village Office Mr Pang Mei-chai, North District Councillor Mr Pang Chun-sing, together with over 20 other village representatives, presented pennants to Tai Po District (TPDIST) Commander Patrick Laidler and TPDIST officers on August 3 for their dedicated efforts in fighting crime.
