Senior Superintendent (Human Resources) of the Correctional Services Department (CSD) Mr Wan Ming-ki led 16 human resources management (HRM) and career development officials to visit the Manpower Planning Division (MPDIV) of the Personnel Wing on September 6. MPDIV briefed the CSD officials on the development and operation of the Force's Personnel Information Communal System II (PICS II). The visit enabled the delegates to gather the relevant information to facilitate CSD's development of their own electronic HRM system.
