The Regional Crime Prevention Office of Kowloon East (RCPO KE) and the Housing Department jointly held a crime prevention seminar for over 150 managerial staff of the Housing Department, and property management companies and security companies of public housing estates on August 17 in a bid to update the participants of the crime trends and new security measures as well as strengthen communication between the Force and stakeholders.

RCPO officers highlighted to the participants the security loopholes in some public housing estates, analysed prevalent cases and suggested preventive measures. They also briefed them about Project RUBYARROW, which was launched by KE Region to enhance partnership with the security sector.
