Senior Leaders Exit Debriefing Series & sharing with TWGHs

The Police College conducted two Knowledge Management (KM) sharing sessions on October 5 and 7.

At the Senior Leaders Exit Debriefing Series on October 5, Deputy Commissioner (Operations) Wong Chi-hung shared with over 80 participants his valuable experience gained in his 35-year-long police career as commanders at different levels. He considered team spirit, communication and collaboration as key elements of his management philosophy. He also expressed his views on some possible challenges that the Force might face in future.

Two days later, 16 staff members from the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGHs) visited the Aberdeen campus of the Police College. Superintendent of the Research Centre Tse Yuk-lung, Principal Technical Officer Dr Leung Chi-lun and Senior Inspector of the Support Division of School of Foundation Training Wong Moon-ling briefed the visitors on the development of KM, learning technology and recruit training in the Force.
