The Police Lawn Bowls Club, represented by retired officers Hui Kwong-ming, Law Wai-yung and Fan Kwai-shing as well as Sergeant Sit Ka-yee, won the title of the second runner-up of the 2016 Guangzhou Nikko Hotel Cup organised by Guangzhou Lawn Bowls Club on October 1 and 2 at Yuexiu Park. Thirty teams from Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Canada participated in the competition.
