Kowloon West (KW) and New Territories South (NTS) Regions organised their Sports Day at the Police Sports and Recreation Club on October 28 and November 4 respectively.

On the KW Regional Sports Day, over 400 athletes took part in various games, including running, football, volleyball, bowling, badminton, tennis, tug-of-war and table tennis. KW Regional Commander Yu Tat-chung cheered on the athletes and encouraged them to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle. Sham Shui Po District emerged as the Overall Champion. Operations KW clinched the Minor Formation Champion while Kowloon City District won the Cheering Team of the Day and the trophy for Fun Games.

Meanwhile, another group of athletes displayed sportsmanship on the NTS Regional Sports Day, which featured swimming, football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, running, indoor rowing, tug-of-war, bowling and fun games. The Major Unit Trophy and Minor Unit Trophy went to Kwai Tsing District and Airport District respectively.
