The Police College hosted the Leadership Enhancement Programme for 20 Administrative Officers (AOs) in 2016. The annual event was held in collaboration with the Civil Service Bureau since 2006 as one of the major training activities for junior AOs.

The 20 AOs attended a two-day residential training programme at the College, where they participated in various team-building exercises and physical training activities to strengthen their mindset, self-confidence, team spirit and leadership. All the participants expressed their gratitude to the College for the inspiring programme.

During the certificate presentation ceremony, Senior Superintendent of the School of Foundation Training Ho Kai-hin encouraged the AOs to practise what they had learned to meet work challenges.
