The Fifth Police Arts Council Award Presentation Ceremony was held at the Police Headquarters on December 20, during which the Chairman of the Police Arts Council (PAC), Mr Lam Man-wing, presented the Certificates of Commendation to nine awardees. The Vice-Chairman of the PAC, Mr Cheng Yiu-mo, also attended the ceremony.

The awardees were Chan Wai-chun of the Police Choir, Ho Lik-hang of the Police Debate and Speech Club, Ho Ka-wai of the Police English Club, Chan Wai-ming of the Police Model Flying Club, Ng Pui-ying and Yu Fung-chu of the Police Painting and Calligraphy Club, Ng Yiu-sum of the Police Philatelic Club, Ngan Wai-kit of the Police Photography Club and Chan Wai-kwong of the Police Pop Music Club.
