Knowledge Cafe - Personnel Wing's sharing on HR Excellence Awards 2015/16

Following the winning of the HR Excellence Awards 2015/16 presented by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, the Force invited the related three units of the Personnel Wing to give a sharing on November 16 about their underlying efforts in the quest for the awards on "Excellent Employee Wellness", "Excellent Resourcing", "Excellent Technology Innovation" and the Grand Award of the Year.

Senior Clinical Psychologist of the Psychological Services Group Ms Mak Wing-fun, Superintendent (SP) Yu Hoi-kwan who served formerly in the Recruitment Division and SP Kwok Mei-sum of the Manpower Planning Division shared their respective unit's winning project: "Psychological and Physical Wellness Programme for Police Officers", "Strategic Recruitment Initiatives of the Hong Kong Police Force" and "Personnel Information Communal System II", the keys to success, and also the benefits gained in the competition. The audience enjoyed the sharing and congratulated the units for capturing the awards.
