The Road Safety Team of Traffic Kowloon West (T KW) held a "Road Safety Starts From Me Carnival cum Road Safety Artistic Competitions 2016 Award Presentation Ceremony" for over 1 000 participants in Sham Shui Po on December 17.

Officiating at the ceremony were Superintendent of KW Enforcement and Control Division Chung Hung-yip, Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol (Kowloon West) Regional Commander Mr Gavin Lam, Chairman of Yau Tsim Mong Road Safety Campaign Organising Committee Mr Hau Wing-cheong, Chairman of Sham Shui Po Road Safety Campaign Committee Mr Cheng Muk-lam, and Vice-chairperson of Kowloon City Road Safety Campaign Committee Ms Lam Suet-mui.

Mr Chung thanked various organisations, institutions and schools for their efforts in promoting road safety messages to students, people with disabilities and Non-ethnic Chinese. Then the officiating guests presented prizes to the kindergarten and primary student winners of the road safety colouring and painting competitions.
