The Police Volleyball Club organised the annual University Invitation Tournament for men at the Police Sports and Recreation Club on January 18 with an aim to enhancing friendship with local universities via sports.

The tournament attracted representatives from the University of Hong Kong (HKU), the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the Lingnan University and the Hong Kong Shue Yan University to compete with two Police teams. Following a series of nail-biting matches, the Police Team A clinched the champion, followed by HKU and the Police Team B.

The Chairperson of the Club, Chief Superintendent Kwan Chui-ching, officiated at the prize presentation ceremony, and encouraged club members to keep on pursuing a healthy lifestyle and maintaining good relations both inside and outside the Force.
