A total of 28 Junior Police Call (JPC) delegates, comprising JPC leaders and Advanced Leaders, departed for Singapore on February 3 to attend a five-day exchange programme with the Singapore National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC). The programme was organised by the Police Public Relations Branch with an aim to enriching the delegates' understanding of the Singapore Police Force (SPF), fostering their communication with youngsters in Singapore, and widening their international horizons.

NPCC is a uniformed group co-organised by the SPF and the Ministry of Education. The group shares common goals as the JPC in enhancing youngsters' self-confidence and competitiveness, nurturing their positive values, encouraging them to help the community fight crime and equipping them to become future leaders.

During the programme, the JPC delegates not only visited various SPF units to learn about their criminal investigation skills, but also attended NPCC's field training camp to receive challenging outdoor training. They fully demonstrated the JPC spirit of mutual encouragement and support in the visit.
