With a view to equipping officers - including mentors and mentees of the Development Programme for Junior Officers with Potential - for their career development, the Personnel Wing will conduct a seminar cum inauguration briefing of the programme on March 29 at the Police Headquarters.

A guest speaker, Assistant Manager Communications at Cathay Pacific Airways Mr Jayson Hui, will share his insights in solving organisational problems. Furthermore, an officer of the Development Programme will talk about his training experience learnt at the Royal Malaysia Police. The participants will have the opportunity to take part in a problem-solving exercise with feedbacks given on the spot.
