Western District (WDIST) ran a sharing session on January 20 for frontline officers about the topic of handling public events. WDIST Commander Chan Yee-lai and Divisional Commander of Western Division Wong Kei-wai explained the police arrangements for handling public events and the related legislation, and shared policing skills and their field experience.

The sharing session attracted more than 40 participants, who generally responded that the talk provided practical skills for frontline staff in policing public events.
