A Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of a half marathon race, Mr Andes Leung, presented tapestry flags to Sau Mau Ping District (SMPDIST) Deputy District Commander Steven Tait as well as officers of SMPDIST, Ngau Tau Kok Division, Traffic Kowloon East and Traffic Kowloon West on February 14 in appreciation of their assistance and professionalism displayed in the event.
