The Operations Director of MTR Corporation, Mr Lau Tin-shing, and the Chairman of Yau Tsim Mong District Council, Mr Ip Ngo-tung, presented banners to Yau Tsim District (YTDIST) Commander Kwok Pak-chung, Railway District (RAILDIST) Deputy District Commander Ip Ka-yee as well as officers of YTDIST and RAILDIST on February 23 and 27 respectively in appreciation of their swift detection of a case concerning possession of an offensive weapon, which occurred at a MTR train compartment on January 4.
