To hone officers' skills in investigating traffic accidents involving large vehicles, Traffic Kowloon West (T KW) invited Senior Chemist from the Physical Sciences Section of the Criminalistics & Quality Management Group of the Government Laboratory Dr Cheng Yuk-ki to deliver a talk for officers on February 23 about the proper use of fish-eye mirrors on vehicles.

Dr Cheng and his team shared their research findings on the installation and use of fish-eye mirrors with a view to tackling the blind spots of medium and large vehicles. They also explained the requirements of the Forensic Science Division in gathering evidence for traffic accidents to help officers enhance their investigation skills.
