In a bid to commend officers of Platoon 4 of the Emergency Unit of New Territories South (PLN 4 EU NTS) for their professional and swift actions in arresting 32 culprits with triad background for an "Affary" offence in Shek Lei Estate and Lai Yiu Estate, Legislative Councillor Mr Chan Han-pan, Chairman of Kwai Tsing District Council Mr Law King-shing and Kwai Tsing District Councillor Ms Kwok Fu-yung presented tapestry banners to Acting Deputy Regional Commander of NTS Ian Clark, senior officers of the Operations Wing of NTS and officers of PLN 4 EU NTS on March 15.

Regional Commander of NTS Lui Hon-kwok also attended the presentation ceremony to thank the councillors for their support. He highly praised the EU officers for their dedication to combat triads as well as syndicated and organised crime in the region.
