Kowloon City District (KCDIST) ran a "Best Shot II" PowerPoint presentation competition on the topics of Information Security and Protection of Personal Data in February and March with a view to strengthening officers' confidence in public speaking, enhancing their communication skills and enriching their knowledge of information technology (IT).

Led by KCDIST Commander Alice Lee, the selection panel chose Police Constables (PCs) Tai Chun-yip and Mak Kin-chiu as co-winners from 30 candidates on March 24. The PCs' presentations focused on ensuring information security at work and in daily life with simple but vivid examples and visual aids. In addition, PCs Ho Kwun-san and Au Ho-yin won the titles of the second and the third runners-up respectively. Ms Lee presented awards to the winners while other members of the selection panel shared their public speaking experience and communication techniques.
