On the invitation of a sailing centre in Sai Kung, Marine East Division (MEDIV) promulgated sea safety and anti-crime messages to visitors to the centre at its open day on March 19.

MEDIV Commander Justin Shave led local officers to set up a booth in the centre to disseminate crime prevention message and display equipment of the Marine Police to the visitors. Many participants showed a great interest in their equipment and anti-theft devices on vessels. Officers also reminded the visitors to pay attention to safety matters while enjoying marine activities.
