Tseung Kwan O Division (TKODIV) presented the Best Police Constable Awards 2016 to nine outstanding officers at Kowloon East Regional Headquarters on March 28.

The candidates were categorised into three groups, namely Senior, Intermediate and Junior Groups. The Judging Panel assessed each candidate's overall performance last year and identified in each group the top three scorers who were awarded respectively with gold, silver and bronze certificates.

Kwun Tong District Commander Barry Smith, Chairman of Sai Kung District Fight Crime Committee (SK DFCC) Mr Chan Kuen-kwan, and SK DFCC members Mr Lau Kam-tong and Ms Ki Lai-mei presented awards to the winners. Mr Chan expressed his heartfelt gratitude to TKODIV for their efforts in maintaining order and social harmony in the community.
