Sha Tin District Councillor cum Chairman of Shatin Rural Committee Mr Mok Kam-kwai and some village heads presented tapestry banners to Acting Commander of Shatin District (STDIST) Angus Pullinger, Assistant District Commander (Crime) Leung Kwok-wing, Acting Divisional Commander of Shatin Division Chik Ka-man, Police Community Relations Officer Sean Lin and Chief Inspector (Crime 2) Siu Man-hon of STDIST on April 11 in recognition of their devotion and professionalism in tackling local crimes. They expressed their appreciation about the officers' swift apprehension of a serial offender for assault cases and another offender for indecent assault cases.
