Through the active participation of land region personnel, Knowledge Management Champion (Good Practices) Ms Alice Lee and Knowledge Management (KM) Ambassadors on Good Practices had collected 41 good practices in the past two years and had uploaded them onto the Good Practice Database for knowledge sharing.
Good practices are work patterns which have been adopted for a period of time and proven to enhance the overall work performance and service quality. If Force members notice some tips in delivering quality service in their workplace, they are welcome to contact the KM Ambassadors on Good Practices by email or QR code, or through the webpage of the Good Practice Database.
The enhanced Good Practice Database features five categories of good practices, namely Operations, Strategic Directions 1-4, Crime, Administration/Management and Other Good Practice Webpages, providing a one-stop service to Force members. The Good Practice Database can also be accessed through POINT under the heading of KM.
