To cope with the rapidly changing media environment and to enable Force members to respond effectively to the media, the Police Public Relations Branch (PPRB) has published an e-Learning Package entitled "Working with the Media" on the Learning Portal in April. The package, accomplished with the support of the Police College and the Psychological Services Group, aims to equip officers with practical knowledge and skills to liaise with the media.

With the goal of strengthening public confidence in and support of the Force, officers have been engaging proactively with the media in pursuance of the Force Media Strategy. The e-Learning Package exemplifies tips to work with the media in the form of animation. Force members are welcome to access the package via the Learning Portal.
