The Crime Wing Headquarters arranged a delegation of officers from various District Investigation Teams (DITs) to visit Seoul in Korea from March 21 to 24. The delegation, led by Chief Inspector Wai Kar-yan, comprised two Inspectors, two Sergeants and 10 Police Constables.

The delegates called on Mapo Police Station and Hongik Police Precinct to learn about the crime trend, their case processing systems and the operation of their report centre. Then they visited the Forensic Investigation Centre of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency (SMPA), at which some specialists gave a presentation of their daily work and forensic investigation techniques. The delegates treasured the opportunity to exchange their policing experience with SMPA frontline crime officers.
