The Acting Principal Investigator of Training and Development of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), Mr Chan On-wai, led a delegation of six training and development and information technology officers of the ICAC to visit the Force's Manpower Planning Division (MP Division) on April 11.

The visit was aimed to gain an insight into the Force's Personnel Information Communal System II (PICS II) for developing the ICAC's own electronic human resource management system. Representatives of the MP Division briefed the delegates on the operation of PICS II, and shared with them the relevant knowledge and experience of system management.
