Some 60 officers mainly from the Miscellaneous Enquiries Sub-units (MESUs) and District Special Duties Squads, attended the Knowledge Café hosted by Kowloon East Region on April 25 about cracking down on unlicensed massage parlours and unlicensed liquor premises.

Senior Inspector Cho Mei-ying from MESU of Kowloon City Division was invited to share the challenges in tackling such cases and the tactics in handling different scenarios.

The attendees said that the Knowledge Café offered a good platform for the speaker and the officers to exchange views and good practices.
