As part of a Knowledge Management sharing series namely "Western WIKI", Western District (WDIST) organised a sharing session on the "Tactical Approach in Handling Suspect / Effecting an Arrest" on May 26. Forty frontline officers joined the sharing session which aimed to raise their awareness of the potential risks when dealing with suspects or effecting an arrest.

Trained officers from the Emergency Unit of Hong Kong Island were invited to share their tactical knowledge and valuable experience in handling suspects. The participants said that the event had offered useful tactics to enhance their work efficiency and awareness to occupational safety.
