Following the winning of a number of awards by the Personnel Wing in the HR Excellence Awards 2015/16, the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management invited Superintendent of the Manpower Planning Division Kwok Mei-sum to serve as one of the keynote speakers in its seminar on "2017 Unlock Talent Potential - Talent Management Strategies to Create a Higher-Performing Workforce" on May 26.

Ms Kwok shared with the audience on how the Personnel Information Communal System II has enhanced the human resource management (HRM) capacity of the Force, and also the Force's experience in winning the HRM awards last year.
