Three winning videos of the "Project LIGHTHOUSE II - Video Dubbing Competition" were selected from 120 entries and an award presentation ceremony was held in April.

The competition was held by the Complaints Against Police Office (CAPO) last year to enhance the professionalism of frontline officers in handling confrontational situations and reducing avoidable complaints. Force members were encouraged to show their creativity by dubbing effective dialogues to three demo videos.

Now officers may visit CAPO website (http://point.hpf.gov.hk:8088/english/sqw/ciib/Project_Lighthouse_II_NT4/Post_Project_Lighthouse_II.htm) to re-visit the winning entries and to appreciate how the winners applied their creativity and wisdom to resolve the confrontational situations. The behind-the-scenes footages and the episodes of the award presentation ceremony are also appended for viewing.
