Legislative Council (LegCo) Member Mr Tien Puk-sun, Chairman of Tuen Mun District Fight Crime Committee (TMDFCC) Mr Lee Hung-sham and members of Tuen Mun District Council and TMDFCC presented tapestry flags to Commander of Tuen Mun District (TMDIST) Mak Wai-man, Acting Assistant District Commander (Crime) Li Suk-yee, officers from District Crime Squad (1) (DCS 1) and District Anti-Triad Squad (2) (DATS 2) on June 20 and 23 respectively. They were commended for their swift detection of a rape case in Po Tin Estate, Tuen Mun on June 9.

Upon notification of the case, officers of DCS 1 and DATS 2 apprehended the suspect within 60 hours and then sent him to court for trial. Mr Tien and Mr Lee highly praised the officers for their prompt actions and professionalism in arresting the suspect.
