Eastern District Councillors Messrs Lam Sum-lim, Lam Kei-tung and Wong Chi-chung, together with Chairman of an Owners' Corporation (OC) of a residential building Mr Cheng Chi-chung and the OC members, presented a pennant to officers of the District Intelligence Section of Eastern District (EDIST) and Task Force Sub-Units of Chai Wan Division on June 21 as a token of appreciation for their professionalism and swift detection of a number of burglary and theft cases in Chai Wan. Receiving the pennant were EDIST Deputy District Commander Sit Ka-ho, Assistant District Commander (Crime) Wong Tung-kwong and Chai Wan Divisional Commander Fan Chor-fun.
