Over 2 500 Force members and their family members had an enjoyable time in the Integrated Health Management Afternoon organised by the Personnel Services and Staff Relations (PS&SR) Branch at the Police Sports and Recreation Club on July 16.

PS&SR Branch hopes that through participation in sports and recreational activities, Force members and their families would form a habit of exercising regularly and pay more attention to their physical, financial and psychological well-being.

A variety of programmes had been arranged for the participants, including game booths, workshops, health talks, fun-filled exercises and a family photo corner. Amongst them, two new activities, Kin-Ball and lacrosse fun games, were the most popular family activities. In addition, a series of performances were delivered by police sports and arts clubs and the Police Dog Unit. The participants enjoyed a happy and relaxing weekend.
