A number of Tsuen Wan District Council (DC) Members, including Messrs Chan Han-pan, Lo Siu-kit, Koo Yeung-pong and Kot Siu-yuen, and Tsuen Wan Central Area Committee members presented tapestry banners to officers of Tsuen Wan District (TWDIST) on July 26 in appreciation of their efforts in cleaning up street prostitution.

On the same occasion, a representative of a limited company commended officers for the swift detection of a theft case involving properties valued over $100,000. A suspect was subsequently arrested and sentenced to 20 months' imprisonment. Receiving the commendation were Commander of TWDIST Chan Lok-wing, Deputy Commander Chiu Wing-lan and the officers concerned.
