The Marine Police invited Inspector Chong Sin-han from the Marine Investigation Unit of the Customs and Excise Department to speak at a seminar under the Beyond Boundaries Learning Series at the Marine Regional Headquarters on September 13.

Ms Chong shared her valuable experience in investigating smuggling cases at sea. The seminar received overwhelming response from over 100 officers including frontline and Regional Crime officers. This platform provided a precious opportunity for the participants to better understand the work of other law enforcement authorities and to foster inter-departmental co-operation.
