Commissioner Lo Wai-chung presented promotion letters to 13 officers on October 12.

Promoted to Senior Superintendent were Mr Chan Kin-kwok, Mr Lau King-lun and Ms Fan Chor-fun. Messrs Cheung Wing-kan, Leung Ngai, Leung Ka-man, Tse Yan-leung, Ms Ip Kan-chi and Ms Chan Shuk-ming have been promoted to Superintendent (SP).

Mr Martin Cadman and Mr Tsang Ching-fo, promoted to Chief Superintendent, and Ms Cheung Leung-yuk and Ms Chan Sze-ting, promoted to SP, were absent from a previous presentation and received the promotion letter on this occasion.
