The Narcotics Bureau (NB) held a meeting with a delegation of Narcotics Control Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security at the Police Headquarters between November 13 and 17 to consolidate working partnership.

The meeting, which was chaired by Chief Superintendent of NB Ma Ping-yiu, focused on the trend of cocaine trafficking. Both parties discussed a number of joint investigations.

Meanwhile, the head of the Mainland delegation, Mr Min Tianshi, paid a courtesy call on Acting Director of Crime and Security Chung Siu-yeung on November 13 to exchange views on international drug trafficking trends, enforcement strategies and possible areas of collaboration.
