The Police Arts Council Annual Award Presentation Ceremony-cum-Talent Show took place at the Police Sports and Recreation Club on November 11, with Chairperson of the Police Arts Council Ms Lau Chi-wai presenting certificates of commendation to 15 awardees.

The award scheme was introduced in 2012 to show the Chairperson's acknowledgement of members of Police arts clubs, including retired members, for their contribution in promoting their chosen arts in the Force.

This year, the awardees came from the Police Chinese Culture Club, Hong Kong Police Choir, Police Debate and Speech Club, Police English Club, Hong Kong Police Handicraft Club, Hong Kong Police Harmonica Club, Hong Kong Police Information and Communications Technology Society (HKPICTS), Police Model Flying Club, Hong Kong Police Painting and Calligraphy Club, Hong Kong Police Photography Club and Police Pop Music Club.

Many awardees and members of the Police arts clubs gave performance in the talent show and shared their insights in their respective field of art. The clubs also set up exhibition booths to showcase their members' artworks and their past events.
