The Ninth Disciplined Services Lawn Bowls Tournament concluded on November 24, with the Force clinching the championship after three rounds of fun yet fierce competition at the Police Sports and Recreation Club.

Hosted by the Hong Kong Police Lawn Bowls Club this year, the tournament attracted players from the Correctional Services Department, Customs and Excise Department and Fire Services Department to compete with the Force athletes in round robin rink format.

The honourable guest, Deputy Commissioner (Management) Chiu Wai-yin, presented trophies to the winners and highly appreciated all the athletes for their team spirit. She affirmed that the event also served to enhance communication amongst departments.
