Police Civil Secretary Mr Leung Ho-yin presented letters to 42 civilians at the Police Headquarters on January 5, confirming their promotion to Clerical Officer.

The 42 civilians, namely Ms Chan Kam-ping, Ms Chan Mei-kuen, Ms Chan Wai-ling, Mr Chen Chia-peng, Ms Cheng Chiu-mui, Ms Cheung Chau-wan,    Ms Cheung Wai-ching, Ms Chiu Lai-chu, Ms Chiu Yin-ling, Ms Chow Ming-chu, Ms Fung Mei-ying, Ms Fung Suk-fun, Ms Fung Yin-wan, Mr Hui Kin-wai,    Ms Hung Mei-yee, Mr Iu Tak-ming, Ms Kwan Wing-yee, Ms Kwok Ka-man,   Ms Kwok Kwai-lin, Ms Kwok Wai-hung, Ms Lam Lai-yi, Ms Lau Mei-chun,   Mr Lee Cheuk-nam, Mr Lee Ka-ming, Ms Lee Kwok-mei, Ms Leung Choi-lun, Ms Leung Chow-har, Ms Leung Kwan-yuk, Ms Leung Yuen-yi, Ms Leung Yuk-yee, Ms Li Wai-yee, Ms Li Yuk-lin, Mr Lot Wai-keung, Ms Luk Siu-chun, Ms Ng Wai-fong, Mr Siu Kin-kwun, Ms Siu Miu-yung, Ms Tang Yin-ching, Ms Tsin Oi-lin, Ms Yau Ka-wa, Mr Yim Wing-cheong and Ms Yip Yee-man were promoted to Clerical Officer with effect from January 8.

Ms Lee Hon-lin, who was unable to attend the presentation, was also promoted to Clerical Officer with effect from January 8 while another officer,  Ms Kwok Ka-man, will be promoted to the rank of Clerical Officer with effect from February 12.
