Sai Kung District Councillor   Mr Chau Yin-ming, Chairman of Sai Kung District Fight Crime Committee (SK DFCC) Mr Chan Kuen-kwan and Member of SK DFCC Mr Lau Kam-tong presented tapestry flags to officers of Tseung Kwan O District (TKODIST) on December 20, 2017, together with representatives of local villages and housing estates. The presentation was a move to recognise the officers' professional performance in maintaining law and order as well as communicating with community partners about fighting crime.

They paid special tribute to officers of Task Force Sub-Unit from TKODIST for arresting a man for "possession of imitation firearms" and "attempted robbery" at Tin Ha Wan Village on August 12. The arrestee pleaded guilty to the offences at court. Receiving the flags, TKODIST Commander Siu Kit-hung was glad with the community partners' affirmation of officers' performance.
