Crime Wing Headquarters organised a group of frontline officers to visit Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province from January 14 to 17 to enhance their skills in criminal investigation.

Chief Inspector Raymond Chou led a delegation of 14 District Investigation Team (DIT) officers from different police districts to visit the Crime Investigation Department of Hangzhou Public Security Bureau (PSB) and other police formations in the city. The delegates also called on the Command, Control and Co-ordination Centre at the new Hangzhou PSB Headquarters and a global digital technology company to learn about how Hangzhou PSB made good application of technology to assist in police work.

The visit not only enabled the delegates to get a better understanding of crime investigation by the PSB, but also fostered fruitful exchange between the delegates and their Mainland counterparts on crime detective skills.
